Cart Path Only and No delay. We received 1.6" of rain.
It's that time of the year we need to be conscientious about where we drive the golf cart when playing. Now that the grass has stopped growing, the wear patterns will begin to show up where the majority drive in the same spots. Around greens and tees are always the prime examples. I am a very lenient person as it comes to the 90° rule. I understand as we get older the aches, pains, and limps come on and getting to the golf ball by cart makes your day more enjoyable, and we don't drive in the same pattern on the fairways and roughs. But, around greens and tees tend to get the same pattern. Worn out dead grass isn't the look we desire. Please, if you are physically able, park your cart on the paths around tees and greens during the non-growing season.
The remainder of this week, the temperatures will be close to frost levels. I will have the Course Conditions updated by 8:00 each morning.
